7– مواكبة الثقافة العصرية.
7. Keeping abreast with Modern Culture.
لكي تعيش بإحتراف يجب عليك مواكبة الثقافة العصرية أينما كنت, وذلك لكي تكون آرائك مسموعة وتكون مؤثرا في البيئة المحيطة ولكي لا تكون هي المؤثرة عليك, إحدى فرضيات علم أو مادة البرمجة اللغوية العصبية تقول "تقبل الناس كما هم", وهي من أهم الفرضيات للعيش بإحتراف بما يخص مواكبة الثقافة العصرية بجميع المقاييس, ويتم ذلك من خلال سلوكك في التعامل مع الناس.. أي أن تتقبل جميع الأشخاص كما هم بسلوكهم وأفكارهم وقناعاتهم ومبادئهم, فعندما تتم هذه العملية في ذاتك ستختلف نظرتك للناس, غالبا ما ينظر دائماً الإنسان بطبيعة فطرتة إلى أخطاء الآخرين.. وهذا ما يسبب جلب للطاقة السلبية للذات, فيجب عليك أن تتقبل جميع الأشخاص بكامل أخطائهم وأن تراعي الأخلاق الحسنة عند الإنتقاد, غير أن تقبُّل الناس كما هم ينعكس عليك إما بطريقة سلبية أو إيجابية وبالتأكيد يجب عليك دائما إختيار أن يكون إيجابياً فلا تتكدر بحال البيئة المحيطة بل إستفد بأن تتجنب السلوكيات الغير لائقة التي تراها في الغير, وللأسف ستكتشف أن أغلب من حولك على خطأ في سلوكهم لكن ليس أنت الرسول المكلف بأن تحسن وضع العالم, كل ما عليك هو أن تلتزم أنت بما يخصك وعندما يراك الآخرين سيشعرون حتما بأنهم مقصرين مع أنفسهم, وجعلهم يعيدون التفكير في سلوكياتهم بحد ذاته إنجاز عظيم, كما أن عليك مراعاة قول رسول الله محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام: {من راى منكم منكرا فل يغيره بيده فان لم يستطع فبلسانه فان لم يستطع فبقلبه وذلك أضعف الإيمان}.
هناك أناس أطلق عليهم بعض المفكرين لقب "أصحاب الثقافات القديمة", أطلق ذلك اللقب على فئة من الناس أصغرهم يبلغ من العمر 35 عاماً, وأطلق عليهم ذلك اللقب لأنهم كانو في زمانهم أصحاب شأن مهم في محيطهم البيئي وأصحاب كفائات عالية ومهارات لا يجيدها الكثير, وقد تعبوا في بناء حياتهم ومفتخروف بذلك ويحق لهم الإفتخار.. فقد بذلوا مجهود كبير مقارنتاً بالآخرين, لكن وللأسف ظلت هذه الفئة تعتقد أنها لا زالت في نفس موقعها من المحيط البيئي إلى الآن, ويتعاملون بنفس الطريقة وغافلين عن أن هناك الآن في زمننا الذي تخطى عصرهم أناس لديها ثقافات ومهارات تفوق مهاراتهم وشؤون يحق لهم الإفتخار بها أكثر منهم, لكنهم أبوا أن يغيروا نظرتهم ويواكبون ثقافة العصر.. إما لأن مكانتهم ستنهز وربما تهدم في ظل ثقافتنا العصرية ومستجداتها.. أو أنهم جاهلون عن العلم الحديث.
To live professionally, you should adapt with the modern culture whenever it exists, so that you opinions be heard and affect the surrounding environment and so as not to affect you. One of the hypotheses of science or neuro-linguistic programming dictates "don't accept people as they are". It is one of the main hypotheses for professional living concerning the adaptation of modern culture by all standards. This is achieved by your behavior in dealing with people, to accept all persons as they are with their behavior, ideas, principles and attitudes. When you make this in yourself, your view of people will be different. Man often looks by the nature of his intuition to the mistakes of others. This brings negative energy to him. You should accept all persons with all their mistakes and consider the good manners when you criticize them. However, accepting people as they are is negatively or positively reflected on you. You should certainly choose whether to be positive and don’t harm the surrounding environment. You should utilize it by avoiding the unsound behaviors that you see in others. Unfortunately, you will discover that most of those around you are wrong in their behaviors, but you are the messenger who is assigned to improve the situation of the world. You can only be committed to your part. When others see you, they will inevitably feel that they are in short with themselves. You can get them to reconsider their behaviors and this by itself is a great achievement. In addition, you should take into account the saying of the Prophet Mohamed, Peace be upon Him, "those of you who find unlawful act shall change it by hand; if he can't, by tongue; if h can't by heart, and this is the weakest of disposal."
Some thinkers titled some people as "people of old cultures". This title was given to category of people 35 years in age, and this title was given to them because they were in their time notables in their environmental surrounding and people of high competences not mastered by others. They were tired in building their life and were proud of this. They are worthy of pride. They made large effort as compared to others. However, unfortunately, this category kept thinking that it is still in the same location of the environmental surrounding to date. They deal with the same method and ignore that there is now in the time being people who transcended their life and have cultures and skills that exceed their skills and affairs. They are worthy of more pride, but they refused to change their view and adapt to the modern culture, whether because their position will be changed and may be demolished under the modern culture and its developments, or that they are ignorant.
